On November 25, 2023 – her 117th day as General Minister and President (GMP) of the United Church of Christ (UCC) – Rev. Dr. Karen Georgia A. Thompson spent some time with us before returning home after weeks of travel and ministry.
Though she is not a stranger to the Hawai‘i Conference, this was her first visit to Hawai‘i since being installed as GMP! She allowed us to lead the conversation with our questions… we give thanks for her sharing of wisdom, experiences, and the UCC’s work!
