Progress on our 1960s Dragster project is moving a little slower than we had hoped. Some I'll fitting bits, hunting obsolete parts and waiting for suppliers has put us behind by a couple of months, but things are moving ahead.
This time around we take a look at the magnesium 6-71 Keith Black blower that we're going to use. We get into the evolution of these things as they apply to Top Fuel and Funny Cars over the decades along with the different varieties, pros and cons of each and the specific requirements of a nitromethane fueled engine as opposed to gasoline and alcohol fueled ones.
