PROJECT BRUTALITY 3.0 together with Unfamiliar Episodes, Ultimate Doom Episode III Circle Of Hell by ChiefSmokey that remasters good old Inferno, on the Man and a Half difficulty level, Chaotic Random spawn preset, 100% Secrets achieved. Project Brutality 3.0 is an upcoming version of one of the best available mods for the classic Doom - expect a lot of fun when playing it. Please note that the Project Brutality 3.0 in its current state is still Work In Progress, so bugs are to be expected, together with crashes to desktop (same with addons, they are not 100% always compatible and actual). Circles of Hell by Chief Smokey is a remake of the third episode of The Ultimate Doom called Inferno, and this is by far in my opinion the most difficult of these 3 remakes by him, difficulty speaks for itself. There are 9 levels for you to complete (8 basic + 1 secret as always) but because it uses a DOOM 2 IWAD, you will encounter all of the monsters from the roster such as Revenants, Mancubi, Pain Elementals or annoying ArchViles. Because of how large and complex are the maps (10 to 15 minutes) I decided to split the video in two, the first half of the video already takes more than an hour, so imagine how large would be a file with whole episode at once. I mentioned early how difficult this WAD is, well it speaks for itself that most of the maps love to troll you because you already in the Hell itself, practically you should watch for yourself almost every step, trust me. Lots of the ceiling around the maps can crush you instantly without a chance to run away (yes, you should be aware of it), lots of cells are hidden pillars that move down when you step on them, trapping you in lava, ouch. Same goes even with walls my dear Doomguys, they are fake in lots of places and they will reveal a lot of monsters when you are nearby, some of them are just a thin obstacle for you, so prepare for projectiles coming from walls. As for the levels as I mentioned earlier, prepare for quite long and very difficult trips because there is a lot of fighting and nasty traps almost everywhere, even first level can end for you really early because of getting crushed. It is quite fundamential for you to grab as many secrets as possible because lots of the really strong weapons are hidden in them, especially in case of BFG of Plasma Rifles, it's good to have them as fast as possible, no joking. The visuals are outstanding here but do not look at them too long because in the meantime you might be ambushed or crushed by a spooky ceiling, or worse ambushed by a dozen or so annoying Phantasms, trust me this is a hard trip.

Project Brutality 3.0 is an upcoming version of one of the best available mods for the classic Doom - expect a lot of fun when playing it. Please note that the Project Brutality 3.0 in its current state is still Work In Progress, so bugs are to be expected, together with crashes to desktop (same with addons, they are not 100% always compatible and actual). Ok this is quite a big thing to play because there are not so many Doom 1 Episodes remade/remastered with DOOM 2 assets like monsters and weapons, but this also has upgraded map layouts together with fresh textures. Currently out of the first episode we have five maps available (E1M1, E1M4, E1M9, E1M5, E1M8 in this order) with a very similar map layouts for everyone who played these maps lots of the times (like me, had no problems with secrets at all). But few things have been changed and are not so familiar 1 to 1 with vanilla maps, few secrets had been merged or removed because they were too easy, some were replaced with something else like a different mechanism to trigger. For example if you remember these 3 secrets in 1 from E1M5 with Chainsaw, RadSuit and Soulsphere it had been merged in one with a different mechanism to trigger it, no more fake walls because you have to find a teleporter on map. In case of the Soulsphere from E1M9 hidden behind a very easy fake wall, this time you have to perform a little bit of platforming slides, but its still something not too difficult when you look around a room. Unfortunately in case of the E1M9 Military Base one of the secrets cannot be triggered, if you remember an underground room reachable by a hidden elevator that connects two corridors, welp it might be really difficult to trigger it. Levels have practically the same amount of monsters on maps, so it might be rather quick for a player to finish the levels, I honestly cant wait for more maps by StalkerBlade to be released, especially his reimagining of Shores Of Hell. In overall this is a fantastic demo mappack with five maps to play, if you are familiar with vanilla maps you would finish all of them in ~20 minutes, this is a great trip to the past with new details added to the maps. And the E1M9 ending is something really appreciated, this is how portal to the Deimos might have been looking in ID Softwares minds - a true portal to Deimos base that floats above Hell itself.

BRUTAL DOOM Awakening Addon by IDDQD_1337, this is a gameplay modification for Brutal Doom Platinum 3.0, based on the Brutal Doom Dox778 that was an addon for the Brutal Doom v21. This is a slightly changed Brutal Doom experience that restores some things even back from the Brutal Doom v20, in general you might find this addon as a big mashup of few different Brutal Doom versions over the years so far. There are few new things added in this addon to the Brutal Doom Platinum, like changed sound effects for the weapons, restoration of some sprites (Pump-Action Shotgun, Super Shotgun, Rocket Launcher, Frag Grenade) etc. You can also place your Minigun as a stationary turret, you have a maximum five of them at your disposal in the backpack, but they do not have unlimited ammo and can be destroyed, each Minigun Turret has 100 rounds to use. Whenever you place a turret (as a special ability of the Minigun) you lose also 100 rounds with it, once turret uses all of the rounds, it will simply become useless serving just a pickup to refill once again with ammunition. The turrets of course are also really fragile and such attacks like Cacodemons projectiles or these from Hell Knights are enough to destroy them quickly, but they are good for fending off such annoyances like Pain Elementals with Lost Souls. Another good thing is NO FRIENDLY FIRE from these turrets, five of them at maximum (+500 rounds to spare) is enough for some nasty melee ambushes like tons of Pinkies, rounds also will shred weaker enemies like Imps with no problem. As in Brutal Doom Platinum you have multiple types of grenades at your disposal that can simply be changed with a keybind, standard Cluster Grenades, tricky Freeze Grenades, really dangerous Black Hole Grenades to use and Nukems Pipebombs. In case of the Black Hole Grenades its best to use them while in cover because the hole will simply suck you inside while you are way too close to it, the damage and duration is enough to kill you quickly without problems. Another thing that you must remember about are the Plasmatic and Dragons Breath shells for your ASG and Super Shotgun respectively, using them way too close is another instant death for Doomguy, especially Dragons Breath.

For this time we have two levels in a video because the boss level itself is really short and when compared to the Water chapter in Elementalism, boss in Fire chapter has no additional monsters to fight. In case this is your first video from Elementalism you see on Youtube, this is a 15+1 levels WAD (currently, plus one because of the Hub map) with astonishing visuals, lots of details and quite difficult levels. Please remember that this WAD currently has compatibility issues with gameplay mods because authors are not responsible for compatibility with other mods, thus you might need some flying/noclipping to make progress. But as far as Ive played these levels so far, all of the triggers are working correctly without a risk of being softblocked, same goes with triggering the secrets, all of them are foundable together with Project Brutality. Maps also need a quite strong CPU (even more when you want ReShade and gameplay mods), especially in terms of open maps such as Forge of Nathrath where you have large open areas and hundreds of monsters to eliminate. So, Forge of Nathrath is a really large map, one of the biggest in Elementalism with more than 500 monsters and a total of 14! secrets to find, thankfully lots of them are placed next to each other, but some might be difficult. The most difficult secret for you to find will be of course that one with BFG, Megasphere and lots of energy cells inside a blue cellar, you have to press three small switches scattered around a map to trigger a secret... inside a secret. Maps difficulty increases as you progress, while trips for red and yellow keys are not that difficult, outside area is a fairly different and difficult experience, you can fight dozens of monsters during an ambush, including a Cyberdemon. Once you finish this level, there is nothing more to fight than a final boss in next level, a really difficult one - this one loves to launch tons of fireballs at you in high speed, died a lot while fighting him fairly.

Project Brutality 3.0 is an upcoming version of one of the best available mods for the classic Doom - expect a lot of fun when playing it. Please note that the Project Brutality 3.0 in its current state is still Work In Progress, so bugs are to be expected, together with crashes to desktop (same with addons, they are not 100% always compatible and actual). ZPACK is a megawad that consists 3 episodes with 9 levels each to be completed, the difficulty curve is various and most of the maps are not huge, lots of them are between 100-200 monsters, some less, some way more. The episode is moderate in its difficulty, seen way harder maps and WADs, here you begin with monsters right next to you very rarely, but there are some ambushes with teleports or fake walls with monsters inside. Another thing is that there are not tons of secrets for you to find, usually there is less than 5 of them for you to find but as always they have really nice stuff for you to find early, including the only BFG at the end of the episode. ZPack also features some custom monsters to the gameplay, for example a really dangerous semi-boss invisible Baron of Hell with wings that throws triple projectiles, has tons of hit points, can take you down quickly and this is an arena fight, yikes. You will also encounter (quite rarely tho) the possessed Marines, who are fairly weak in combat because of their slugish speed but the problem lies in their firepower, they can take you down with one single shot what happened to me few times. Maps are designed around the techbase and Knee-Deep In ZDoom style, you might spot many similarities with that pretty known WAD, layout of the maps is easy to understand and most of the times you will have no problems with navigation. One of the maps is really special, this is the KDiZD Launch Site level, third one in this episode where your objective is timed and you have 400 seconds to finish the map, if not you are basically nuked no matter what you do, so be in hurry. The biggest increase in difficulty begins since E1M7 where this one and next E1M8 are way bigger than previous maps with more monsters, each might take you from 15 to 20 minutes, E1M7 to E1M9 feel like a different episode though. Anyway, features such as crouching, jumping and freelook are pretty much mandatory for you if want to complete this episode and find all secrets, lots of places require jumping or crouching to finish the section.

If you remember a previous video from Dragon Sector called Executive Compled, welcome to the next level titled Resources Reclamation which is slightly shorter than previous one but more complex in my opinion. First the map is larger because of the center outdoor area with some monsters but all of them can be skipped honestly, second with activating the secrets you can help yourself really a lot with additional firepower. The pk file with both maps (Executive Complex included) is huge and weighs around 320MB because of the high quality textures, thus if you have a potato PC its good to at least run it with GZDoom GLes version. There is also an addition of plug doors that might be working not properly and get stuck, if it happens you must either press the switch again or simply use noclip if you do not even wish to wait for them to open. You will encounter several custom monsters in here together with Arachnotrons + Octabrains variants that can be met in water areas, Grels that are WTF, champion Cyberdemon, some fleshspawns and custom Cacodemons. I mentioned earlier that it is good to find the secrets because they make the map much easier, there are several Plasma Turrets and drones that will attack the enemies, and they are in really crowded areas too! In case of custom monsters I forgot about the BFG Zombies that are encountered only in place but for sake of avoiding a nasty surprise try to take them down as fast as possible, nothing worse than instant death. To finish the level you have to find three keys around the map, unfortunately the map is pretty linear because well there are no shortcuts, it might be also pretty confusing with revealing the last door to open area. Once outdoor head immediately to the right and find a secret switch to use it, it will activate the Plasma Turrets above to eliminate ALL of the monsters to make an exit from this map really easy.

PROJECT BRUTALITY 3.0 together with Mercurial City by Pinchy, Man And A Half difficulty level, Chaotic Random spawn preset and 100% Secrets achieved. Project Brutality 3.0 is an upcoming version of one of the best available mods for the classic Doom - expect a lot of fun when playing it. Please note that the Project Brutality 3.0 in its current state is still Work In Progress, so bugs are to be expected, together with crashes to desktop (same with addons, they are not 100% always compatible and actual). Mercurial City is a winner of the 15 Years A Doomer competition (the winner received also quite a nice prize), it is a mediocre sized map with a custom skybox (very nice tho) with over 250+ monsters to be eliminated and ultra secret. The difficulty ranges from easy to moderate (in my opinion) but its with Project Brutality 3.0 Man and a Half + Chaotic Random spawn preset included, the biggest problem might come from these annoying Zombie RPVs spawned in open area. Trust me there is nothing worse in open area than multiple Zombie Commandos (these Zombies with red armor and Submachine Guns) that place a beacon and suddenly RPVs arrive and blast you out with their high damaging lasers. A great addon to be played with this map is surely a Meathook/Grappling Hook because in such places where backtracking is needed, you can simply use it to return, for example when exploring the secrets and going back to normal path. The most difficult part of this map might be the beginning where there are Revenants ahead of you, some Pinkies, Imps and basic Zombies on the roof + other multiple monsters around the storage area placed outside. It will be good for you to grab as many secrets as you can because the most crucial are in my opinion first three you can get - this is a Minigun spawn hidden in the Garage, even more secret Soulsphere in same place and Megaarmor in the boxes. The other secrets are not that great but act as a nice gimmicks for example some rocket & cells to be found, two hidden Berserk Packs (one just next to the exit) but you can also find an early Plasma Rifle spawn behind fake wall. The most threatening monsters you can encounter on this map are a Cyberdemon and one or two Arch-Viles to be found, the gimmick with Cyberdemon is his appearance in a very tight and not so long corridor where you are trapped with it. In case of the super super secret, Im leaving it to you how to unlock it :).
