If you have a more modern "13S" type single socket trailer connecter lead for your caravan or trailer then you may at some point find that you can't physically connect the plug into the socket on the tow vehicle.
This is caused by the misalignment of the inner and outer parts of the 13S connector and in this video I explain exactly what is happening and the two solutions to fix the problem.
