Probable cause hearing delayed in killing of Connecticut restaurant owner @ctinsider

A Winsted man charged in the June 8 homicide of his estranged wife, a popular local restaurant owner, made a brief appearance in court.

Leon Stetson, 67, walked slowly from the courthouse lockup to the defense table, a medical device around his neck.

Stetson's attorney, Daniel Thibodeau, requested a pause in the time to decide whether to have a hearing on probable cause.
