When it comes to the benefits of white tea, I personally like that it's the least processed of teas. In the case of Prince of Peace Organic White tea, the fact that it's organic also makes it a top choice for your health.
The flavor of white tea is very unique. If you're used to drinking green or black tea, you'll find the white tea is far less bitter; To me it has no bitterness whatsoever, but that may be because of the way I brew it.
