19 year old African American, Arthur Keith, was asleep in his van when a CHMA officer opened the door of the van startling him. Witnesses stated Arthur was running away at the time the CHMA officer opened fire and shot Arthur multiple times in the back killing him. The Keith family and the community are seeking answers to who the officer is and what probable cause did they have to engage Keith who was asleep. Arthur had no crimnal history.
