Recently, there was a major festival in Premià de Mar, and I went out for a walk around 2 in the morning to record with my phone. I wanted to capture the tranquility of the night, the empty streets, and see if there were any decorations in the church area after the festivities. Overall, I encountered a peaceful atmosphere... until I reached the area where the party had been. It was all full of plastic cups and stuff like that, which I guess the cleaning service would take care of later, but it makes you think about how uncivil some people can be.
Later, as I continued walking, some youngsters ran past me, which you can see at minute 15:00 in the video. I wasn't quite sure what was happening, but as I went on, I saw other youths near a fountain where there seemed to have been some unsafe situation based on their conversation. I didn't feel very safe, so I decided to keep walking as if nothing was wrong but started heading back. So, the walk ended earlier than expected, but all was well, which is what's important. Another day, I'll try to record again, maybe in other towns too.
