This is the moment a predator would attempt to abduct children while they walked home from school.
On the 25th of August 2023, the Hernando County Sheriff's Office would recieve multiple calls that a man had approached minors walking home from elementary school & had attempted to abduct them.
36 year old Christopher Povlik was arrested by police in connection with the incident after two students, aged 7 & 9 confirmed that he indeed tried to prevent them from escaping his presence.
