After police recently gave a public statement that 6 murders over the past year & a half are all connected, residents of Stockton, California have been warned to remain vigilant while police investigate a potenital active serial killer.
The person in question is believed to have murdered five people in the past three months, the majority of victims are of Hispanic decent but one victim was White the other African American.
