Namaste and welcome, sweet creative to your post-writing, or post-desk work yoga practice. This brief but effective flow is designed to help you counter some of the closed, tight postures we can begin to hunch into when sitting in static positions for long periods of time. These heart opening asanas are the postures I personally turn to in my open practice to release pent up energy and soothe feelings of stress or tension. Remember that this is your practice, it is sacred, and it's vital to listen to your own body's needs. I hope this practice serves in a positive way, my friend! & I wish you so much joy in your unfolding journey.
