1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 to 1 cup chicken broth
Tellicherry pepper to taste
1-2 tsp ginger paste
1-2 tsp garlic paste
1-2 tsp honey
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
All purpose seasoning
Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Season pork tenderloin and place fat side down in the cooker. Cook on low for 4-5 hours until tender. Check internal temperature to know when done. (At least 145 degrees)
Cornstarch + water
French onion soup seasoning
When done, take au jus/liquid from cooker and heat in sauce pan. Make a slurry with corn starch and water and use to thicken into gravy. Add a sprinkle of French onion seasoning for flavor. Once thick, remove from heat and serve.
