Nothing like this home-cooked meal to start the year. Tender and juicy pork tenderloin roast, flavored with onion soup mix and covered with Kosher sauerkraut was slow cooked in the Cosori multicooker on slow cooker mode. This was served with a cucumber salad and creamy mashed potatoes which were cooked in the Instant Pot pressure cooker and mashed in the KitchenAid mixer. Good Luck and Happy New Year!
