Make a delicious Chicken Enchilada dip for a holiday gathering. Its easy by using a pre roasted rotisserie chicken and your Kitchenaid mixer. I got my chicken at Sam's club. it was inexpensive and nice and meaty. Add a few simple ingredients and mix up a dip that is unusual and delicious. No Cooking Required.
