Enjoy making this refreshing and nutritious vegetarian summer salad. Tender cheese tortellini with Mozarella and Ricotta cheese, grape tomatoes, Zucchini, and crisp asparagus. Stirfy and add to the cooked pasta, tomatoes and freshly chopped basil. Toss with tomato basil pesto.
