Here's an easy recipe for an overnight pesto omlette. a quick casserole, truly a one-pot meal using my Hot Logic Mini personal portable oven.
The recipe is simple, you can build it in a 6 cup pyrex dish or similar vessel. Pop it into the hot logic cooker, plug it in, and come back for breakfast in the morning. You can also make this recipe in a slow cooker.
