We let our pet porcupines inspire us for this year’s holiday treats. After a quick Google search to gather ideas, we decided to use peanut butter cookies as our base, shape the dough, and then use chocolate chips to create the quills. Not only did our family enjoy them, but to my surprise the porcupines did too! .
