My pet African Crested porcupines LOVE potatoes! In fact, there are videos of them stealing a 5 lb. bag of potatoes and dragging it to their pen. If porcupines love potatoes that much, I started to wonder, “Do porcupines prefer raw potatoes, or would they like to spice things up with a baked potato?” I gave them a baked potato, and their decision for their favorite was quite clear!
