Tampa Police are working to identify and apprehend the suspect in this video. On the afternoon of Oct 4, he entered the victims' enclosed yard in the area near E. Frances Ave and N. Florida Ave, opened boxes that were on the porch & stole some of the contents.
The suspect appears to be a black male, possibly in his early to mid 20's , 5'7", and can be seen wearing a white tank top, blue jeans, black slides, and wearing his hair in twists.
