Detectives are working to identify the suspects, seen in this video, who removed the tires & rims from a white Honda, leaving the vehicle on jack stands. This occurred within the Marquis Apartments at 18001 Richmond Place Dr. in the early hours of January 9.
The suspects appear to be either Hispanic or Middle Eastern males, in their mid-to-late twenties. The suspects placed the tires/rims in the back seat and trunk of what appears to be a newer model black Honda Accord. They fled toward Bruce B Downs Blvd.
