Hi guys!
Here's a little tutorial for a 5 vs 7 vs 3 polymeter! (The 7 being actually a 14)
This can be also seen as a 42 vs 15 vs 70 polyrhythm taking place in a very long bar (if I happened to play only the first note of each pattern)
Philip Maniez first told me about this fun poly.
Enjoy!

If you wanna dive deeper into how to create and master this kind of original rhythm, and use polymeters in your playing, compositions and creativity in general, I wrote a drum method, The Polyrhythm Odyssey, dedicated to it. You can find it here:

To anyone that would like the related DRUMS SHEET
An already-written sheet gives the answer. It's by trying to write it yourself that you will understand how things interlock together and that you'll make some concrete progress! Don't hesitate to DM me on instagram so I can check if you got it right.
But if you don't wanna bother, you can buy it straight away on my website:

[Better with headphones]
Hey guys! Heres an extract of my last live session, when I was rehearsing my track Mental Web - its a track composed from a 5 vs 7 polyrhythm, and in this part I play it in 4/4 while accenting the guitar riff with the kick!
I hope to do an other live session with you soon!
Its like Im trying to pack too many things to do into a too tiny box right now. I will have more time in 3 weeks!
Let me know in the comments what you would like to talk about, or what exercises youd like us to play together etc in the next live session!
