From the video "polymeters 3 vs 4 vs 5 vs 7" (I encourage you to watch it: you can watch the full polymeter, another version with the kick and hat exchanging groupings, and a see my face talking!)
The toms play a melody in 14/16 (but can be seen as a long 7/8) while the snare plays in 5, the hi hat joins in 3, and last comes the kick in 4!
