This 7-star raid was pretty easy to solo from what I can see. As always, it's great if an AI partner uses a Pokemon with Intimidate. Make sure you have a Roaring Moon with Crunch and spam that attack. Once you faint, you should be able to terastalize, so you will take less damage from Play Rough while dealing more through its shield.

Mine has 252 EVs in Attack and HP, 4 in Defense, and is an Adamant nature.
