Looks like 7-star raids are still going on, as we still have a few pseudo legendaries left to go through!

This was a really difficult raid, mainly due to how Hydreigon eventually gets +4 Special Attack. Due to that, it seems Malamar is the best option, where Skill Swapping Contrary onto it is ideal. From there, faint (try to do a defense cheer on the turn that you will faint) so you regain Contrary and boost your Atk three times with Superpower. From there, a Terastalized Tera Blast should take out its shield. When it nullifies your stat boosts, another +1 to Attack should be enough for Tera Blast to take it down.
