Here's the final part of the playthrough on Normal mode. After getting 100% items and nearly all scans (except for the Glister Beetle), I head toward Chronos Tower, which is a very clear point of no return.
The final boss is Sylux (17:44), which can be pretty difficult because his tentacles can't be locked on to normally, so you'll need to aim manually. Thankfully, the Super Thunder Shot very strong, so it can take them out pretty easily. Just make sure to use it again when you're in the portal (26:43) to quickly move on to the final sequence of the fight (27:28), where I stick to using the Power Beam the whole time. Make sure to use the Control Beam to stop his black hole attack.
With that done (33:15), the ending plays where Sylux makes one last comeback, forcing Samus to leave her friends behind. The credits roll (38:45) and the post-credits scene shows Samus planting the Memory Fruit (46:22).
With that done, I'll likely get to my 100% Walkthrough which will be done on Hard Mode. It should be much more efficient since I know where the one-time scans and expansions are.
