Azumarill turned out to be the best Pokémon for me to use in this 7-Star Raid. As usual, Mud Slap is great for lowering its accuracy, then you can start spamming Play Rough until you can terastallize. Having an AI partner with Will o Wisp or Intimidate is helpful as usual.
I didn't have it on mine, but near the end, Rollout probably would have been a much better option.
