Here's the Lightning Cup in 150cc. We go through some more retro courses before finishing off with the new Bowser’s Castle, which looks amazing. After dodging a Blue Shell with a Mushroom at (11:11), I realized that they are much more generous on the timing of the technique now, which is welcome due to there likely being more chaos with 24 racers.

After completing the Lightning Cup, a special cutscene plays showing that I am finally able to race in the Special Cup. The unlock method for this seems to be just to play through every cup at least once (you don’t need to earn a trophy), so it’s much easier than in some previous games.
