An extra Side Mission dropped today, which is unlocked when you obtain the Diancite through the online Mystery Gift feature. With it, go to the Looker Bureau and talk to Mimi, her Espurr to start it. As you follow it, you will eventually encounter Diancie, and you have to catch it. After a few tries, I finally manage to catch it (16:07), and Emma explains a bit about how Mega Stones were formed and how the launch of the Ultimate Weapon five years ago is causing new ones to appear.
