I believe that this is technically the end of the current ROM as no post game is available. The only thing left to do in the current version of the ROM hack is to rematch the Gym Leaders again who are now art higher levels and have different teams.
I must admit, this battle was a bit underwhelming. Despite not loving Emerald version at all, I thought the battle against Steven in Theta Emerald Ex was much better.
