How'd ya like 6 inches of snow in April? Yeah me too!!

It's happened folks, right here in central Nova Scotia. Last Tuesday, April 8, we had 6 plus inches of heavy wet snow. So much snow I needed to plow the lane and landing.

Have a look and see just how much snow we had. And like I said to Nannie, “If this was December 20th, we'd all be jumping up and down and happy as a Leaf fan in October!!” But it's not the 20th of December and it's not October, so I wasn't real happy!! And just for the record, I'm NOT a Leaf fan. Go Habs Go!!!

I got the snow all plowed away though. It wasn't a good day for plowing. No frost in the ground anymore and so I plowed a lot of gravel and of course that gravel ends up on the lawn and in the gardens!!
