I want to finish the shelf above my new bench so I can fill it with boxes!!

When I built this shelf I didn't finish it to the front wall because the front wall wasn't insulated or sheathed yet. So to start with I insulate and sheath a portion of the front wall of the shop.

Then I measure cut and install the last piece of the shelf. It turned out pretty nice I have to say, but you know what happens with most projects? They need to be painted!! Not a fan of painting but it needed to be done. So I painted the shelf too.

Now I'm ready to make some box joint wooden storage boxes and fill this shelf with 'stuff' so I can start getting the shop back to some resemblance of what it should look like!
