One of the biggest issues with the PlayStation Portal is that the system has a limited bitrate setting of just 15Mbps. But with new system software update 7.00, Sony added a new 1080p High Quality setting! This let's us reach a new cap of 25Mbps. This widens the window on data needed for high density scenes and lowers the chance of streaming artifacts coming into your session. So we take a look at that, and the few other QoL updates that Sony has added to the Portal. Honestly, there ain't much else here. It's really the 1080p thing. Which is still cool. Just not 'transforming your life' cool.
