All FMVs in F-Zero GX are nothing but MPEG2 files. These are found in the movies\ directory in the ISO as .sfd files. So this means that if you rename their extension to .MPG or .MPEG, you will be able to play them on any video player just fine, right? Well, not quite. It seems that they are missing some metadata that most players require to play them correctly. However, this causes no issues on VirtualDub2, which doesn't even require you to change the extension.
The only file not to have any audio in it is the Story mode ending, as the staff roll is rendered by the game's engine, so its audio is a separate file, which is snd\adx_bgm\storyend.adx. I've converted it to .WAV for you and put it together with the movie file in this video.
