There’s a lot of research that says when learning is fun and connected, kids remember it better. Here’s one of my favorite silly-but-meaningful review activities using nothing more than Play-Doh and some vocab cards.
This works for any subject:
Vocabulary words
Historical figures
Science elements
Math facts
Students sculpt their word or concept with Play-Doh, classmates guess, and suddenly studying turns into connection, creativity, and retention.
