Give Plastic Free July a try! Plastics can pollute our planet and expose us to harmful chemicals, like Bisphenol A and S (BPA and BPS).

Harmful chemicals can get into the foods we eat from plastic containers. They can also settle in dust and get into our bodies if we touch, swallow, or breathe dust in.

Take these simple steps to reduce your exposures:
- Choose glass containers for storing or heating your food and drinks.
- When possible, limit the amount of packaged food that you eat.
- Wash your hands often, especially before eating or handling food.
