While I couldn't pinpoint the scanline issues on the main screen, I decided to work on the apartment screen, as that is an idea I had been working on anyway (collision with NUSIZ copies). I think I figured out a fix for something that was plaguing me in Lake Eola in the process.
So now I have the pizza delivery work out. Next would be to program the kid throwing the ball down the hallway and then the sounds. If no scanline issues occur on this part I will revisit the dog code, as I like how it is supposed to work. Then I will move on to the obstacles... but that will probably require me to restructure the first bank as space is tight there.
