Amtrak Tour Stop No. 3: In this city staff on-bike interview, Paige Anderson takes us on a tour of recently built high-comfort bike and pedestrian infrastructure, and we look at some delightful traffic calming installations in awesome Nieghborways, including a massive asphalt art project in a complicated five-leg intersection.
