Simple pink ombre lips, also known as gradient lips. Many Korean actresses, singers & ulzzangs wear a similar look. This is one way (there are many) to recreate this look.
Steps
Make sure to apply lip balm, and if you haven't already, exfoliate your lips.
1. Apply a light coral-colored lipstick. I used Orange Soda by NYX. Apply this on the middle of your lips. Blend out the edges.
2. Apply a hot pink lipstick just to the opening of your mouth. Use a brush for precise control. I used Covergirl's Blast Flipstick in Perky. Blend the rough edges out.
3. Complete the gradient by lining the edges with a medium coverage concealer stick. I'm using Stila's Cover-up Stick in Shade A. Make sure to pat it on for a soft, gradient effect. Again, blend the edges and you're done!
Optionally you can apply lip gloss on the middle of the bottom lip.

for this makeup look i was heavily inspired by several things - the biggest one being lady oscar from rose of versailles, which i read when i was a teenager. i always liked the idea of women taking traditionally masculine roles, probably because i strongly disliked gender roles growing up. honestly wearing makeup is the only big traditionally feminine thing i do. wouldnt call myself a tomboy but i do what i like to, not what society tells me to do :P
in some pictures of lady oscar she sports white hair instead of blonde, and her lips have a nice, pink gradient effect. from there i took an eyepatch and choker i had lying around and decided to dress it up by applying pearls and attaching white frills. i always like how pearls and frills look, feels very elegant and fancy lol.
for the eye makeup i was inspired by vintage drawings of flowers and leaves, plus the work of shironuri artist Minori. this was very difficult to do while filming because im near sighted and i dont wear contacts. but luckily prestige cosmetics liquid eyeliners are precise and sturdy enough for this sort of work. usually i dont like liquid eyeliners because i dont get that sort of control (not even with kat von ds tattoo eyeliner...sadface) but this was a pleasant surprise. if you dont have this, though, a gel eyeliner with a very small detail brush should work decently however.
