Pineapple and Yogurt Cheesecake Homemade recipe

Today's recipe is a special cold cake, made with yogurt and pineapple juice and decorated with pineapple in syrup, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries trapped in a yummy layer of lemon jelly.

1.5 tbsp (20 gr) caster sugar
6 tbsp (90 gr) butter
14 oz (400 gr) Ricotta
10 tbsp (100 gr) icing sugar
10 oz (300 gr) greek yogurt
1.5 oz (40 gr) gelatine
0.8 cup (200 ml) pineapple juice
1 organic lemon
1/2 cup (100 gr) caster sugar
1.9 cusp (450 ml) water
