Today I'm going to show you how you can make a homemade dark chocolate cake, enhanced with a fantastic frosting made with organic lemons.
The chocolate and ricotta cream is baked in the oven on a base of dry cookies and crumbled macaroons.

🍫 Chocolate Cheesecake (9 in Baking pan)
5 oz dry biscuits
3.5 oz amaretti
1/2 cup butter
2 big eggs
1o tbsp caster sugar
17 oz ricotta
1.5 cups bitter chocolate
🍋 Lemon glaze
1 organic lemon
2.5 tbsp water
5 tbsp icing sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
