What we called Charlie clips in Pikmin 3 got half-patched in this game, however there are some workarounds as you can see here! This clip I found is quite precise, maybe there is another setup. The glitch allows to save the time from building the small bridge and do the 3-captain puzzle (maybe 1 minute?).
