To improve my times in Collect Treasure Mission Mode, I've set a goal of beating each stage in less than half the time limit (for instance, in less than 4 minutes for a 8-minute level). For most stages, it should be fairly doable, but I'm sure some of them will be challenging.

I think Twilight Hollow is my least favourite stage, I'm not a fan of the lilypad cycles and the general layout. Getting this score took some practice, but it's clearly improvable (WR is 35s faster than this.)
