Grassdigger | Pikmin 2 Glitch: Bitter Spray Shenanigans @grassdigger8695 | Uploaded June 2018 | Updated October 2024, 3 hours ago.
When I use a bitter spray on an enemy, they are petrified for somewhere around 10 seconds. When an enemy is petrified for the first time, a cutscene plays where the ship comments on how the beast is stopped in its tracks. Now, if I play a long cutscene before this cutscene plays, then the latter cutscene still plays, but the enemy may no longer be petrified, because it stayed loaded during the former cutscene. In the video, I demonstrate that the enemy can be mobile, dead or dying during this cutscene. Unfortunately, there are no major consequences to doing this, but it is pretty silly.
If you're wondering why the geyser cutscene played, I recommend watching this video: youtube.com/watch?v=Va9BEA6eBII
At the end of this video, I show that wild blue Pikmin can be idle. They normally attack the Wogpoles, but not always. I feel like this has potential to be useful.
