First, you do Day 1 Extinction: youtube.com/watch?v=IieBje4CqMo&t

Once you get a sprout in the ground from doing the extinction, just leave it there, and go to day 4. For some reason, the game crashes, and we have no idea why.

Note: No Cutscene Timer Storages were used.
