In this challenge, all I can use is the control stick and the A-button. This means no whistling, no switching captains, no disbanding, no napsack, no sprays, no C-stick, no camera, and no pausing.

On this day, I do pretty much everything that I can do in Valley of Repose. This includes growing enough reds to reach Emergence Cave, obtaining 29 purples, completing Emergence Cave, and collecting Courage Reactor.
But how can I collect Geographic Projection and my first aboveground treasure in the same day? They both cause the day to end automatically! However, thanks to Rest Skip (youtube.com/watch?v=ChcaITxJxJs), I can keep the day from ending after collecting Geographic Projection. However, I have to have 0 reds to do this, so I spend the rest of the day maximizing how many flowered reds I have.
