Day one in the Scottish Highlands and I meet up with traveller and adventure photographer, Chris Eyre-Walker. It was pure coincidence that we were in Scotland at the same time so I invited Chris over to the cottage I was staying in and we spent a couple of days hiking, exploring and enjoying some very mixed landscape photography.

I had a bit of a disaster on the first day as I accidentally deleted most of my photos from our hike to the frozen coire below the Triple Buttress in Torridon. It was a foolish mistake but I'm not concerned as it was still a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I don't believe I captured any 'keepers' anyway. Instead, I have shared some of Chris's images and then I have a good chat with Chris to learn more about his life as a photographer and some of the adventures he's been on.
