For me personally, the best thing about woodland is how it invites you to be immersed, to explore, to uncover its hidden gems, and in turn be restored by it's therapeutic benefits. And there's no greater sense of immersion and losing yourself than when you visit a woodland for the first time.

In this episode we go for an explorative and lightweight wander through a private woodland. Lightening the load and scouting with a phone is a great way to cover more ground, compose with your feet, play with some ideas, and just enjoy the woodland.
