A video walkthrough for Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies, the fifth game in the Phoenix Wright series, for the Nintendo 3DS. Episode 6: Turnabout Reclaimed Part 7 of 19.
In this part, Phoenix claims that someone used a whistle, to make the orca do her singing trick and her lifesaver trick. They timed this when DePlume was nearby, so it would look like the whale committed murder. This was a trick, to produce a fake witness. DePlume is NOT happy to be manipulated like this.
Blackquill agrees with Phoenix's theory that a bag of coins was the murder weapon. However, he still believes Orla is the killer. He claims she pulled on a very large cloth, which caused crates with hundreds of pounds of items to fall on top of the victim. Marlon Rimes testifies to this effect, claiming he heard the crash.
Phoenix objects to this testimony, because he knows that at 10:10, Rimes was with Pearl, downstairs. Rimes confesses that Phoenix is right. He didn't witness the large crash; he heard it secondhand from Sasha.
