The game consists of Barbie going through four levels. She has to collect hearts and stars, while dodging other people. There are three challenges per level. One is to press the correct buttons on the runway. One is to match Barbie's outfit to a magazine cover. One is to select the correct hair and accessories, to match a magazine cover. Unlike the runway challenge and dodging challenge, the magazine challenges are optional, and you can miss out on them.
