In this part, trial resumes with Dr. Crab being summoned to testify about cleaning the orca's pool. Sasha and the victim were going to clean the pool, while Marlon took care of the orca in the other tank. Phoenix presses on the idea that the pool can't be emptied at any other time. He presents a photograph which shows the pool can be mostly emptied, without harm to the orca.
Phoenix presents Dr. Crab's calendar, which shows he planned to meet the victim in the orca room at 7 AM, an hour after the cleaning. Perhaps the murder happened then. If so, the orca witnessed the murder. That would explain the bloodstains on the orca, as well as the fact that someone tried to kill the orca with sleeping pills.
